Like many young architects, Jan launched her journey as an intern and later worked at several firms. As her career evolved, she envisioned the key ingredients for success - a combination of talent, experience, and enthusiastic service-minded team members working together in a supportive and innovative environment. In 2004, Jan’s vision of creating a firm focused on client needs and bringing art back to architecture became a reality. Today, Architectural Innovations, LLC, the largest woman-owned architectural firm headquartered in Pennsylvania, consistently delivers quality, confidence, and satisfaction to a broad spectrum of clients. 

As President and Owner, Jan oversees all operations of the firm. Large or small, renovation or new construction, every project receives her full commitment and active involvement. Jan’s decades-long portfolio encompasses hundreds of educational, commercial, recreation, government, aviation, municipal, retail, healthcare, and religious projects. She provides leadership and direction to all business operations and employee development.

Jan holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Penn State University.
