Architect/Project Manager (10-15 years experience)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Architect in PA or reciprocal state

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred

  • 10 – 15 years of experience

  • Experience in managing projects

  • Proficiency with Revit - 5 years of hands on experience including development of sheet sets and management of model

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD

  • Experience working with IBC codes and ADA compliance

  • Experience with assembling a set of Construction Documents

  • Experience in building detailing

  • Experience with material research and selection

  • Experience with writing specifications

  • Excellent communications skills

  • LEED Certified preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Software, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Photoshop and Lumion is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management and production of all project phases.

  • Coordination of projects with clients and consultants.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.

  • Administer and/or participate in presentations.

  • Supervision of project design teams.

  • Commitment to strong design and skills in the arts.
